If you want to return a physical item, you can ship the item in unopened, unused condition back to Wallin's Dive Center for a full refund, less any applicable shipping costs. For eligible products, you have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.

To ship your return item(s) to Wallin's Dive Center email email@example.com for a "Return Authorization Number" (RA#) to include with your shipment.

Reservation dates for private classes may be held as a courtesy for up to 10 days without deposit but priority will be given to deposited reservations in the event of multiple requests for the same date.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation and the balance is due a minimum of 10 days prior to the first date of instruction.

Custom designed instructional programs and events take significant time to develop. Promotional offers or discounts require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable. Changes may be accommodated at the discretion of management.
Once dates and times are confirmed by both Wallin's Dive Center and the customer any changes are subject to additional fees. Diving is a performance-based activity. If additional time is required to perform to the industry, training agency and instructor's standards additional pool/academic sessions will be booked at a rate of $200 per session for private instruction. Both private and group lesson students also have the option to enter a group class that has availability at no charge if the instructor decides the student needs additional work to meet these performance requirements.
If a student alters the schedule of private lessons for any non-performance based reason a $200 per session plus any expenses such as nonrefundable hotels will be charged. If a student alters the schedule of a group lesson for any non-performance based reason a flat $100 fee plus any expenses such as nonrefundable hotels will be charged, and the student can either finish with private lessons and pay the difference or join a later group class with availability. In cases of a proven injury or illness the non-expense fees may be waived or other arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Acts of Nature: If a Wallin's Dive Center staff member cancels a scheduled event because of safety concerns or extreme weather, students may join any later class that has available space at no charge or apply monies paid toward private instruction.
This scheduling change policy does not apply to the swim school.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
