Underwater Photography

Special photography class in November!

Want to add something new to your dives?

Then underwater photography is for you. Let experienced instructor and underwater photographer, Steve Holmstrom take the mystery out of this fun and rewarding activity. He'll show you how to compose shots, use your strobe for maximum effect, and learn the secrets of your digital or film camera's functions.

The class consists of 2 class sessions. On night 1 you'll learn how to set up your camera and calibrate the settings to get the best shots. Then you will spend time in the pool practicing the basics of good underwater shooting. Night 2 is held a week later. You'll rejoin Steve to review photos you've taken during the week. He'll discuss the images and give suggestions for correcting problems.

The Underwater Photography class is suitable for photographers of all levels. Digital or film set-ups may be used, but the camera must have a strobe.
