Some of the best dive sites in Monterey are accessible only by boat or a long surface swim. If you are like most people, you probably don’t enjoy surface swimming and unfortunately, you don’t have a motor boat and don’t care to take on the expense of boat ownership.

Kayak diving is a great option. It’s economical and doesn't tend to attract the usual wad of strange friends you never knew you had before buying a power boat.

Dive new locations only accessible by boat! It's fun and easy.

Prerequisite: Open Water Diver certification with cold water experience.
