Dive Card Replacement

Can't find your card? Need to replace an old one?

If you need a replacement card, and you were certified in the U.S. or the U.S. Virgin Islands, there are two simple ways you can get one:

1. Please come into the store or call and we will help you order another card. This is the least expensive option for you, and is recommended if it is not an emergency situation.

2. If you are in a hurry, and need a card right away, you can order a card directly through SSI. Visit the SSI Website for the form and instructions.
